Simanager.eu, a service operated by MB AI solution, ("we", "us", the "Provider"). Simanager subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are issued for partially used subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital services. By subscribing to Simanager and requesting immediate access to the paid features, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where the service has not been fully performed, any withdrawal right applies only proportionally to the part of the service not yet provided.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal ("Manage Subscription"). Cancelling stops future billing; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days of that period.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us at info@simanager.eu within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle's own Buyer Terms may provide additional buyer protections; see Paddle's published Buyer Terms for details.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
