This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Simanager.eu ("we", "us") collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to (a) visitors and account holders of this website, and (b) data we process on behalf of merchants using the Simanager Sync WordPress plugin, as described below.

1. As a data controller – for account, billing, and communication data belonging to businesses that register for the Simanager service (the "Client").
2. As a data processor – for data a Client's WooCommerce store syncs to Simanager via the Simanager Sync plugin, processed on the Client's behalf to generate demand forecasts. The full terms of this processing relationship are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (Annex A to our Terms of Service).
When you register for a Simanager account we collect: your name, email address, and billing information needed to provide and invoice the service. We use this data solely to operate your account, provide support, and process payments.
If you use the Simanager Sync plugin, the following data is sent from your store to Simanager in order to generate forecasts:
Product data: name, SKU, price, category, stock level Order data: order ID, date, status, and line items (product, quantity, price)
No customer personal data is sent. Buyer names, email addresses, and shipping/billing addresses are never transmitted to or stored by Simanager – only aggregated product and order line-item data is synchronized. This has been verified directly in the plugin and backend source code.
This website may use cookies required for basic functionality (e.g. keeping you logged in to your account). We do not use cookies for advertising.
We use the following sub-processor to provide the service:
Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) – server hosting.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Any additional sub-processors will be listed here and Clients notified in advance.
Account and synced data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After account closure, data is retained for 30 days (to allow export or account restoration), after which it is permanently deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@simanager.eu. We respond within 1 month (extendable by 2 months for complex requests, per GDPR Art. 12(3)).
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify affected Clients within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Our infrastructure is hosted within the European Union (Germany). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or a notice in the Simanager admin dashboard.
